That's my professional creed. I think it should be yours. In addition to an in-depth discussion of your aesthetic likes and dislikes, I'll work to understand your audience as well as you do. The design process becomes a developmental experience that creates what you need when you need it.
Born and raised in suburban Los Angeles, I received a BA in English from Amherst College, with a concentration in Creative Writing. I worked as a professional newsletter editor and a marketing coordinator in Boston, where my Graphic Design studies began at the Massachusetts College of Art. Later I received a degree in Graphic Design from the Pratt Institute in New York City.
My professional design experience includes brand collateral, promotions, advertising, corporate identity, invitations, direct mail, and publications. Notable clients and in-house shops include Columbia House, Time Magazine, Girl Scouts of the USA, Glen Ellen Wineries, Febreze, the Junior League, and, most recently, the Southern Nevada Water Authority.
